Dream Team is the new unified serving and equipping framework of Saddleback Church - the place where people are living into who God made them to be by serving him and serving others. Dream Team will be launched in June 2026 - this training is for everyone who serves in a Ministry Leadership role.

About the event
Serving isn’t just an add-on to spiritual growth; it’s one of the main ways God actually grows us.Throughout Scripture, God shapes people through obedience and serving in areas he is already working. Serving reveals motives, builds character, and cultivates maturity in ways that information alone cannot.
In Dream Team, leadership is defined by equipping, not replacing. Leaders are not measured by how much they personally do, but by how well they develop, release, and multiply others. Dream Team represents a collective commitment: to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to prioritize discipleship over convenience, and to steward people with care and faithfulness. At his training, we will dive into four areas of our Dream Team framework:
