LEARN Mental Health: Relationships & Conflict Resolution

In this seminar, we will learn about “attachment styles” which determined through how secure our relationship earlier on growing up with our parents, that influences how we relate to other people in our adult life. We will also learn practical tools and framework to help us navigate & develop healthy relationships in our life; in our friendship, marriage, family, and others.
