Understanding the Impact of Childhood Attachment Styles on Our Mental Health; From Stress Triggers and Coping Mechanisms to Building Healthier Relationships with Others.
A free screening seminar & workshop from Saddleback Church Lake Forest, featuring Rev. Milan Yerkovich, M.A. & Kay Yerkovich, M.S., LMFT. In our previous seminar, Milan & Kay Yerkovich taught us about conflict resolution in relationships. In this seminar, they will explore childhood attachment styles and how they influence the way we connect, engage, and relate to others throughout our lives.
Together, we will learn about our common stress triggers, coping mechanisms, and how we can unlearn unhealthy patterns and learn healthier ways of building relationships with others.
