This fall, we’re launching a new semester-based small group system—and we’re inviting you to step into spiritual leadership. Whether you’ve led before or want to explore the idea, our Small Group Leader Training is the place to start.

As a leader, you’ll do more than just host—you’ll help create a space where authentic community is built and discipleship happens.

During the training, you’ll learn how our new semester model brings structure, support, and healthy rhythms of rest, what it means to lead with intentionality and care, and how to form a group that fits your passions, schedule, or stage of life.
